handcrafted graphic & media design from the heart of the Rocky Mountains
I believe that, when you get down to it, good design has everything to do with good story telling.
Humans love stories. We have always told them. In fact, for thousands of years, storytelling was our primary source of sharing and archiving important information. In today's digital age of information overload, our craving for simple, honest stories is at an all time high.
As a designer, my job is to help tell your visual story through everything I touch. I weave together color, typography, branding, web design, animation, even paper stock, to tell an honest, intentional story that supports your brand, ethics and long-term company goals.
Welcome to my studio. I'm so glad you're here.
WHAT I DO
1. Concept
Whether it's a spot illustration or totally new brand identity, I always do my homework. My first step is to research your company, your audience, and your objectives. This is where the initial idea, or many ideas, start to come together.
2. Design
Now it’s time to translate those ideas to paper (or pixels.) This is where I start to work with several different concepts, create a color palette, and several different aesthetics for your project.
3. Development
At this point, you have several different design concepts in front of you. Once a final concept has been selected, I start polishing and fine tuning. This is where we focus on details and make it shine.
4. Launch
The most exciting step. Releasing your new project into the world.
